EXANTE has been shortlisted in two categories at this year's FT Adviser Workplace Excellence Awards:

  • Women's Equality Champion
  • Learning & Development Champion

Now in their eighth year, the awards recognise FCA-regulated companies and UK-based service providers that have demonstrated measurable progress in diversity, inclusion and workplace development over the past 12 months. This year's awards received a record-breaking 160 unique entries.

Being shortlisted in both categories reflects the internal work, the investment in people and culture that rarely makes headlines but shapes how an organisation operates day to day. The judging criteria required companies to demonstrate a clear problem-solving progression: from identifying a challenge and putting a structured strategy in place, through to measuring outcomes and achieving results that could be evidenced. EXANTE met that standard and excelled in two separate categories.

The Women's Equality Champion category recognises organisations that have made measurable progress on gender equality, addressing pay disparity, improving recruitment practices, expanding flexible working, and building a workplace culture where women can progress and succeed. The Learning & Development Champion recognises companies that have aligned their approach to training and development directly with business goals, engaging people at every level through creative, accessible methods and demonstrating a clear, measurable impact on both performance and culture.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 18 June.
